Quick Setup Guide

This is a step by step guide to get your account running.
1. From the main menu click Create Account.

2. Fill out the account creation form.

3. After creating your account, you must add a publishing device (phone/email account) for this account (additional devices can be added later). To add your phone you will send a text message to
[YourAccountName]@dawdat.com. The message will contain a random 5 digit number (this number will be shown to you after account creation). If you would like to publish from your email account you may send the message from your email.

4. After a few minutes you will receive a message back stating that the device has been activated.

5. Once you have at least one publishing device, you can begin creating key words that you can publish text.

6. Once you have a key word that you are publishing you simply need to tell people about your publication. People can receive your publication by texting the key word to your account ( [YourAccountName]@dawdat.com ). If they text your key word with a space and the letter S (for Subscribe) they will then subscribe to your key word and will get updates anytime you publish new content to the key word (they can unsubscribe by texting the key word plus the letter U).
